If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and have to reschedule. For Sanitary Purposes, there is absolutely no refund, credit, return, or exchange of our cosmetic products once you leave the Beauty Mall with them or once you have received your purchase. The only exception is if it was a mistake with your purchase on our end. For Virtual Classes and Digital Products, there are absolutely no refunds provided. This is because you will receive your download once the purchase is completed.
